Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the process. We may require you to provide photos of the defect for verification.
All Other Returns: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
